Paying-as-you-go is the best way to pay your education expenses.

Why make a large payment each semester when you can spread your education expenses over smaller monthly payments?


Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card - Discover, Mastercard, Amex and Visa accepted.

Payments are processed on the 16th of the month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. If you choose to use a credit card, a fully disclosed processing fee will apply.

Cost to Participate

  • $30 nonrefundable enrollment, depending on plan selected.
  • $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee, if a payment is returned.

Simple Steps to Enroll

  1. Go to: My Camp
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Log In.
  4. Click VCCS SIS: Student Information System.
  5. Click Self Service.
  6. From the Self Service page, click on Student Center
  7. Under Finances, click on Apply TMS Payment Plan

Once enrolled, manage payment plan at pdc.afford.com

Summer 2022 - Payment plans are available beginning March 14, 2022
